Press the Fashion cover
Check out the premier issue of a brand new Canadian magazine – Press the Fashion – for a 6-page editorial I shot at the end of last year.  Here’s a little preview…

This editorial is actually made up of mostly alternate images from a story called “Hold on to the Sun“.  If you’re in Ottawa, stop by Mags & Fags and pick up a copy!

LAPD K9 dogs in PDN!

July 13th, 2011

If you check out the August Issue of PDN magazine (specifically page 69), you’ll see two images from my series of portraits of the LAPD K9 dogs.  The rest of the images in the issue are amazing – it’s nice to be in such good company!

An awesome thing happened.  About a month ago, the editor from Digital Photo Pro magazine called me and asked if they could profile me in a section about emerging professional talent.  This is an international magazine and being in it is the most exposure I’ve ever gotten.  But the thing that really makes me happy is the fact that this happened without me having to submit or apply – it means people out there, strangers, are looking at and digging my work.  Anyways, the feature is in the Sept/Oct 2010 edition which is in stores now!

If you visit Digital Photo Pro online, you can read an extended interview and see a gallery of images.

In other news, I have a new project in the works – one that, for now, doesn’t involve people.  I’m not going to really talk about it until I’ve completely fleshed it out in my mind, but I’m kind of excited.
